To support this project, Tjitra & associates organized a series of face-to-face learning combined with technology-based learning and live streaming learning. The project consisted of five activities, starting with a pre-workshop meeting and introduction to a platform called Talent LMS initiated by insight web academy that helped participants to conduct self-directed learning before the face-to-face learning for a more impactful end result. In the Talent LMS, participants will get two main materials namely Rekabaru level 1 and Sinau. Rekabaru level 1 is learning the basics of innovation which includes innovation mindset, innovative organizational culture, innovation process and sources, and innovation success measurement. The SinaU course can be used by participants as a self-development tool that ensures the achievement of aspirations and also the KDI that participants expect. The second and third activities are in the form of face-to-face meetings where participants interactively meet with participants.
